Refund policy

At That Keeper Co. we want you to be confident in your purchase. if you experience an issue with your order, we're hear to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that: 

  • The gloves are unused and unworn
  • The gloves are in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • The gloves are in a resalable condition.

For hygiene and performance reasons, we cannot accept returns on gloves that have been used for training and match play UNLESS they are faulty. 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your gloves arrive damaged or you believe that they have a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of recieving your order. 

Please include: 

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear Photos of the gloves

If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind 

If you've changed your mind, you may return your gloves within 15 days provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

Please allow several business days to complete the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size , please contact us. We will do our best to arrange an exchange , subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the incorrect item was supplied. 

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
